I loved that the hotel was just a short walk from the Old Capitol Museum and the beautiful Iowa Avenue Literary Walk, making my weekend strolls good and filled with history.

Courtyard by marriott iowa city university heights is a fantastic place! The room was immaculate, and the pool was great for laps. Its location is perfect, right across from the university hospital. I also appreciated the hospital discount, a nice touch.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Our family enjoyed a spacious double queen room during our three-night stay. While the comfortable accommodations was great, navigating parking during a busy weekend was challenging, especially with health issues in play. Plan ahead or consider alternate arrangements for ease. Dining options on site are a plus!

Our stay was fantastic! The King Guest Room smelled wonderful and was super cozy. Enjoyed the great decor and the comfortable sofa bed. Would return!

A pleasant stay marked by a comfortable king room with a sofa bed and an excellent complimentary breakfast that was pretty good. The clean environment and friendly staff contributed to a good experience. Gourmet breakfast items were particularly nice, showcasing a higher quality than the usual offerings.
